JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

ESSENTIAL: MBA/Post Graduation in Human resources

DESIRED: MBA from a premier B school (Batch 05,06 or 07)

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (IF ANY) : Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 5-10%

JOB OBJECTIVE I.E. THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role is responsible for building organizational capabilities by designing, developing and rolling out functional and behavioral training programs for all associates. The role also entails diagnosing training needs of associates by conducting annual training need assessments, consolidating training needs by formulating individual development plans, planning training calendars, facilitating training programs and evaluating training effectiveness.

JOB CONTRIBUTIONS I.E. ALL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED TO FULFILL STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS AND WHICH ENCOMPASS THE SPAN OF RESPONSIBILITIES MANAGED.

Design and deliver a capability building framework for the organization in accordance with role specific training needs :

• Build competencies by developing a training model for all associates
• Conduct Training Need Identification using diagnostic methodologies/techniques
•Integrate developmental inputs from career management system with results from TNI
• Formulate individual development plans
• Create a training calendar for the year for both functional and behavioral training needs in line with business requirements
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make corrective action plans


Customize and deliver specific training programs on request from internal customers

• Help other functions in case of specific training requests by planning, organizing and facilitating programs as per requirement
• Create training content and conduct/lead training sessions personally

Campus Program Management

• Execute the Summer Internship Program and the Management Trainee Program.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders and develop programs to facilitate interactions with campuses.
